A program that takes care of the training before and after traveling to Europe. A preparation training program to help you get ready for the tour to Europe. Europa Challenge Academy is located in the heart of Escondido, CA, a scenic landscape perfect for Soccer Training. Girls and boys of age 6 to 19 years can enroll in the program with basic skills of football and train together to expose themselves to Dutch Soccer on a highly competitive, consistent, and stable platform for eight months which inspires them to be goal-oriented with problem-solving skills up their sleeves
This program is aimed to give the Street Soccer mentality along with functional technology. It covers aspects like mental toughness, strength & conditioning, leadership, and ability to improve and are evaluated for the same. Our play concept encourages the players to give their best, instill the confidence of winning and develop a can-do attitude on the field with sportsman spirit to win against the opponent without hostility.
Evaluations of the youth players are based on their performance overseas where they had ample space to grow through training and challenges

TALENT SCOUTING CAMPS
Talent hunt under the supervision of scouts to identify the talent that could qualify for the International Program. Camps across the world are arranged to spot the potential player.
INDIVIDUAL PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
An individual development plan is set up for an individual youth player for his long-term development with long-term goals for a longer period, 60 to 90 days with measurable outcomes over the entire development program.
PLAYER PLACEMENT AND MANAGEMENT
The player Placement and Management program is targeted towards youth players who are looking to build a career in Soccer. This program with authentic partnerships with the top-tier clubs, academies, and coaches makes the trials possible and helps make the students professional players so they have a bright future and a meaningful career ahead.
TOURNAMENTS
Europa Challenge hosts numerous prestigious international soccer challenge tournaments in Europe which features the players from USA and all over the world. The program through challenge tournaments provides players in the USA and other countries, access to the highest level of competition in Europe and the USA.
CLUB OR SCHOOL TEAM TRAVEL
Club or School Team Travel is yet another inspiring program for the school soccer teams or the clubs who wish to travel and train in Europe, get involved in international games, and explore the beautiful places for 10 days. All these days explore the lifestyle, culture and much more while your squad trains well and kicks in the international gameplay.
